Overview
An intelligent operating system for companies and individuals, combining AI agents, digital departments, files, projects, tasks, and decision-making inside a unified environment. The platform is designed to support extensible applications, specialized agents, and a marketplace for installing additional capabilities.
The opportunity
A modern company runs across dozens of disconnected tools. Files live in one place, tasks in another, decisions in conversations, and AI agents — when they exist at all — are bolted on at the edges rather than sitting at the centre of operations.
Vision
A single environment that behaves like an operating system: digital departments and specialised agents working alongside the user across files, projects, tasks, and decisions, with a marketplace for adding new systems and tools as needed.
My role
Founder, vision & product designer — Sedra Group
Process
Framing the vision
Defining the system as an operating system for the company, not another productivity tool.
Designing the digital departments
Mapping the specialised departments inside the system and the agents that run them.
An extensible architecture
Designing a marketplace that allows systems, tools, and agents to be added without rebuilding the platform.
Key features
